Entries notcompleted in accordance with these Conditions will be ineligible.2. Entry is only open to Australian residents currently residing in Australia who are aged 18 years orover. Entrants must submit an entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.3. This Competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated withFacebook, Inc. By participating in this promotion, the entrant agrees to release Facebook, Inc.from any and all claims or liability that the entrant may have arising out of this Competition.4. Employees, directors and/or officers (and their immediate family members and members of theirhouseholds) of the Promoter or of its subsidiaries or related companies or agencies associatedwith the Competition, are ineligible to participate. Maximum total prize poolis valued at AUD $86,400.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in thevalue of the Prize Pool from that stated in these Conditions.b) Prize and Prizes means one LG V50 ThinQ Smartphone with one Dual Screen accessory.c) Competition means the LG V50 ThinQ Smartphone Competition being run during theCompetition Period.d) Competition Period means the period commencing at 12:01am (Sydney time) on 25 June2019 and ending at 11.59pm (Sydney time) on 31st August 2019.Entry and Verification6. During the Competition Period, the Promoter will post a competition question on the LG AustraliaFacebook Page wall and other digital media channels. To enter, entrants must answer thequestion in 25 words or less ““How would you multi-screen on a dual-screen phone?”7. Entrants must answer the question in 25 words or less and also enter their contact details on thecompetition page to have a valid entry.8. One entry per person is permitted.9. Entries will not be valid if the judging panel deems their content to be inappropriate, disrespectfulor offensive2Judging & Prize10. The winners will be the 50 best valid entries submitted during the Competition Period as judgedby the judging panel, having regard to skill, creativity and originality. Judging will take place at LGElectronics Australia, 2 Wonderland Drive, Eastern Creek by 9 Sept 2019. Entrants will be notifiedof the results via Facebook, email or phone. The judge’s decision will be final and nocorrespondence will be entered into. The winner(s) will be announced on LG Australia’s Facebookpage by 13 September 2019.11. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All valid entries will beindividually judged according to their skill, originality and creative merit and the entry judged to bethe best will win the Prize. All entrants must submit only their own original answers and answerscannot be previously published in any forum worldwide.12. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is notresponsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant oroccurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technicalmalfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone orinternet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combinationthereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computerrelated to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of anymaterials in this Competition.13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.14. There will be 50 winners. The 50 best eligible entries will receive the Prize from the Prize Pool.The Promoter may select additional reserve entries and record them in the case of an invalidentry or ineligible entrant being drawn.15. The delivery method for the Prize will be discussed with the winner upon notification of win.16. The Prizes will be delivered to the 50 winners after the winners announcement on 13 September2019. Please allow up to four weeks for your prize to be delivered from that date.
