STANDARD TERMS1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.WHO CAN ENTER2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to anyone from Australia and New Zealand within the specified time period.2.2. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, or step-sister.HOW TO ENTER3.1 The competition commences on the 12th of November 2019 and concludes on 7th December 2019 at 11:59PM (AEST) (“the Competition Period”)3.2 In order to enter, the entrants must complete the entry by providing the entrant’s full name, email address and agreeing to be receive marketing communications from We Are Explorers and Icebreaker.3.3 Entrants may only enter oncePRIZES4.1 Ten winners will be drawn at random.Total Prize Value up to $129.95 AUD per prize Prize winner to select one shirt from the Icebreaker Merino Tee Range to the value of $129.95 UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAWAny prizes that remain unclaimed for 1 month after the end of the promotion period will be distributed by way of an Unclaimed Prize Draw. The draw will be made up of any entrants that had signed up to the newsletter but had not won a draw previously.If required, this draw will occur on Wednesday, 18th December 2019SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draw.5.2 The prize winner will be notified by email within seven days of the draw. The winner may also be announced on our webpages and associated social media sites.5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
